Refund Policy

Overview

My general refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  Payments for yearly memberships will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items include: 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable programs, eBooks, audio, and other digital goods
  • Online courses

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at steve@waywordsstudio.com.

Sale items

Refunds can only be processed up to the total originally spent. Sale purchases will not be refunded at regular prices.
